I sign up to get a spot at their yellow pages. I chose the size and I was told that the design team would contact me to speak about the design. I told them I had some ideas about the layout of the add I call the sales representative the very next day and she wouldn't pick up the phone. I called their office in Dallas, and they said that I had to deal with the sales lady personally. After weeks of unanswered calls, I sent them the REQUIRED written notice to cancel.

The book ended up printed 2 months late, and to my surprise, they had printed a copy of my business card. Obviously, the look was completely wrong, they started sending me invoices. I called the Dallas, as well as the corporate offices. They kept me bouncing me from person to person NOBODY would take ownership on the issue. I don't know what to do, since they seem unwilling to cooperate.
