Contacted Second Chance Financial For Assistance, In Modifying My Mortgage Payment, As Due To A Severe Medical Crises, And Myself Being Out Of Work On Medical Leave For Nearly 4 Years, I Was Behind On My Mortgage And Was Nearing Foreclosure, I Was Rather Desperate For Help, As Due To A Automobile Accident, I Had Lost Both Of My Legs, And Nearly My Life!

Anyway, Due To My Financial / Medical Hardship, In Good Faith, I Had Submitted $1500.00 To Them To Secure Help For Myself With My Mortgage Problem, In Which From The Beginning, I Was Pretty Hopeful That I Had Done A Positive Act Upon My Behalf And Betterment With This Company Named Herein, However Upon Advice From This Company, I Had Stopped Making House Payments, Only To Raise My Loan Balance About $20.000.00 Upon Later Discovery! During My Business Transactions With This Co. I Had People At My Door Serving Myself With Foreclosure Notices! Every Time I Had Attempted To Call Or E-Mail This Company Including Sending Them Registered Letters, My Pleas Were Unanswered By This Company, And I Obviously Wasted My Time With This Place, And Only Became More In Debt!

Due To Such Company Avoiding Myself Completely, And Merely Left Myself Hanging With No Where For Myself And Family To Live, If Forclosed Upon.

Due To Such Aggrivation And Frustration, I Was Compelled To Act On A Loan Modification From My Current Mortgage Co. In Which I Was Forced To Apply For Social Security, As To Enhance My Income! Currently My Mortgage Is Too Expensive For Myself To Pay And Has Caused Myself & Fiance To Part, As We Were Always In Debate About Money And Lost She Had Lost Her Job And I Am Now Forced To Arrange Someone To Come In And Care For Me! I Have Not Heard From The Said Named Company Herein Since 3/26/09 And Despite My Many Attempts To Contact Them, I Have Been Completely Ignored And Nothing Was Accomplished, Except For Myself Spending $1500.00 For Nothing And My Credit Rating Plummeting, As Well As The Mortgage Balance Increasing $20.000+

everyone gets what they ask for in life  your injury has nothing to do with your bad debt  you can't afford your house, sell and move to a house you can comfortably afford rent a small apartment what do you expect? abamha gonna pay off your house?

you buy a house overpriced, a bad decision on your part you cant afford the payments, another bad decision you hire a bad company without research or question and pay them (taking mortage money) another bad decision you probally made a poor judgement driving the car to get the accident you choose a bad girlfriend, this is why she left as soon things get rough, another bad decision you had 4 years from the accident to figure you can't afford your house, yet you stay there, ???

what do you want? we can't help you in common sense department
