I never lied to you I did tell you I was a small hobby breeder and I had 5 girls that live in my home I mean I don't understand where the confusion was you even posted my website on your website did you not look at it? and see I was a breeder??? I just don't get it but in any case I wanted to share our whole conversation we had messaging each other back and forth on facebook to prove to you I told you I was a small hobby breeder I never lied to you about THAT!!!!So hopefully this will set the record straight if not nothing else. Thanks anyways. I hope you find him a good home. He would have definitely had that with me. My name is Laurie. I spoke with your husband earlier as i am looking to purchase a small yorkie to be a companion for my little Luke. I have attached a picture of him to show you just how small he is...2.29 lbs at 2 years of age. I am looking for a friend for him that is about his size...as he is gentle and quiet. I don't want a dog that will be much bigger than he is. I prefer a male as i don't want puppies. I would consider a female but only if she was the same size and spayed. Your husband told me that you have a little boy that would end up to be around Luke's size and I would be very interested in seeing some pictures of him. I used to live in Ft Lauderdale and have a lot of friends in Florida...so picking up your little guy would also give me an excuse to visit my friends. I am sorry to hear that you had an upsetting experience with a breeder over this dog. I can assure you that I only want a small yorkie as a pet and have no problem with limited rights on his paperwork. Your husband wash"t sure of the price you would be asking.. Hopefully we can work something out.

You and your friend LIED and MANIPULATED to get Comet/Niko, he was supposed to be a companion dog~ NOT~ for breeding, you even said said YOU were looking for a PET, NOT a breeder. You had your friend contact Rachel and LIE to her so you could get your GREEDER hands on him. Your reputation on YorkieTalk is not a very good one. How can you be a Reputable Rescue with the dog with genetic defects, YOUR POSTER CHILD, is from YOUR breeding??? Breeding that you are still doing!!! Breed for the betterment on the breed, not tiny size. Well at least being a rescue your TINY dogs will not have to suffer thru a whelp from puppies that are to big to pass and the RESCUE DONATIONS will foot the bill for a c section. Comet came from a litter of 6 puppies and a 7lb mother, I can't imagine all his puppies will all be tiny.

 You lied~you and your friend manipulated in order to obtain that dog. Bottom line!  I would very much like to thank you very much for my new friend Rachel!!!  If you like, I have more of your manipulative lies and emails to post to prove this??? Sorry honey I work full time and do not have time for your nonsense. So have a nice life in your world made of lies and manipulation.

This report  is a complete and Vicious lie 100% completely untrue and done to ruin my reputation and
character. None of the things posted by Bethany Pratt are true and she did this out of jealously and malice and a selfish attempt to deflect from her poor breeding and anyone reading this can see Bethany Pratt was the person who submitted this report using her real name and location. She was an ex-friend who decided to take it upon herself to try and ruin my reputation after we were no longer friends.

She even went as far as to friend someone I sued as more retaliation and even showed up at court with this person out of spite. This shows how far she will go to destroy the character and reputation of a good person trying to do a good thing for animals. I am indeed a breeder of quality AKC Yorkshire Terriers but I also trying to help animals who are in desperate need of rescuing as well from kill shelters, abused situations and puppy mills. The attached documents will indeed show proof that I did have a puppy who was born with Atlantoaxail Instability and did not fall off the couch like Bethany Pratt says in her report on me.

I also attached documents showing proof the breeder I sued Rachel Ballor lied when she stated in my lawsuit that she sold me a dog with only limited registration which was completely untrue and the American Kennel Club sided in my favor after I submitted the original registration application showing prof that she did in fact sell me a dog with full registration. All of this is made up as a immature attempt by Bethany Pratt to be vindictive attempt to retaliate over our lost friendship.  If you look closely at the evidence I attached with my rebuttal you will see that the lies she posted are just what they appear a bad attempt to make me look bad.

I sincerely hope the people who know me, know my character and know what good things I have done for animals know what is truly in my heart. I have nothing to gain and I not motivated by anything than to help others and pets in need. Up till now I felt any response to this report would further add fuel to the fire but after she posted two reports against me I decided it was time to clear my good name, set the record straight so others will see through the lies.

TAKE A GOOD LOOK FOR YOURSELF AND YOU WILL SEE IN FACT I AM A RESCUE ORGANIZATION, I DID HAVE A PUPPY WHO HAD ATLANTO AXAIL INSTABILITY A BIRTH DEFECT WHERE SHE WAS MISSING THE LIGAMENTS TO SUPPORT HER C1-C2 IN HER NECK WHICH CAUSED HER TO LOOSE HER MOBILITY TO WALK AND REQUIRED SPINAL SURGERY  WHICH SHE HAD LAST YEAR IN THE AMOUNT OF ALMOST $3400 AND IS NOW LIVING A NORMAL, HAPPY LIFE WITH US AS OUR BABY AND THIRDLY I ATTACHED MY AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB LETTER WHICH DOES SHOW THAT I HAD FULL REGISTRATION ON THE DOG WHO CAME FROM A BREEDER NAMED RACHEL BALLOR AND HER MALICIOUS LIES THAT SHE MADE UP AS AN ATTEMPTS ON HER PART TO GET HIM BACK BY CONTACTING THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB SAYING SHE NEVER SOLD A DOG NOW NAMED NIKO TO ME WITH FULL REGISTRATION. THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB SAW THROUGH HER LIES AND HER VICIOUS ATTEMPT MOTIVATED BY HER SELFISH GREED TO GET THE DOG RETURNED BACK TO HER. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANYONE READING THIS TO SEE THROUGH THIS REPORT FOR WHAT THIS REALLY IS A RE REVENGEFUL, UNCREDITED ATTEMPT ON THE PART OF BETHANY PRATT'S AND IS INDEED COMPLETELY 100% UNFOUNDED, FABRICATED AND SLANDEROUS.
