On 3/13/2005 I visited the web site to place an order to sell 64 of my CDs. On 3/14/2005 I mailed my package at my own cost ($9) as instructed with a copy of my packing list. On 3/30/2005 I was contacted by the company via email to stated my order was cancelled and all CDs were to be returned to me.

The web site Secondspin.com offers a CD trade-in service. On 3/13/2005 I placed an order to trade in 64 cds which the site offered me $178 for. I promptly shipped the CDs the following business at the cost of $9. On 3/30/2005 I received an email from orders@secondspin.com stating my entire order was rejected because the CDs were "promotional" and that they will be returned to me.

None of the CDs are marked promotional, or bear any reason to think they were promotional materials and I have the original receipt for the CDs that I purchased at another retail music CD site. Most CDs were in their oiginal cellophane and some bore price stickers from Tower records for $17.99, etc. I can provide all receipts and documentation of the claim.
