Complaint Review: Seconds 2 Go 4 U Aka Micheles 2 Go

On October 22, 2005, I ordered a 4Gigabite IPod from Seconds 2 Go 4 U. Their site assured the product would be shipped in 3 to 10 business days.
Weeks had passed and I e-mailed the company to see what was the hold up. In November I was told the product was no longer available and I would be refunded. I never recieved the refund, so I called and e-mailed.
It took three weeks to get a response that sayed to file a charge back with my bank. The bank cannot file a charge back because they did not make the charge. I have tried to contact Seconds 2 Go 4 U again by phone and email, and they seemed to have disapeared. There website is also no longer available. I am willing to sue this company.
