I ordered a Halloween costume from SecretCostumes.com is the link. They looked like a real website and if you google Halloween costumes in appears on the first and second page of Google. They charged my credit card and charged extra money for express delivery when if fact my product was never delivered.

You get e-mail confirmation but you will notice that in the e-mail it does not give you option to track your order. They do not give you postal service information as in who are they sending the product through. They have no customer service phone number, their e-mail is not real and nobody responds.

The two e-mails I got is help@spicylingerie.com and orders@secretcostumes.com. They also have tracking number that isn't real or possible to track. I recommend anybody who has run into this website situation is to change your passwords on your e-mail, block the e-mail address from being able to send you anything or even hack your computer.

The most importantly call your bank and let them know its fraud and ask if its necessary to change your bank account number. I do know that my bank did refund the money back in several days. This company is not a real company its a complete scam and I hope that they get shut down soon with a lawsuit.
