Secret serums charged me 10 times within 2 weeks totaling over $360 dollars! They refuse to cooperate with me to refund the money! I never received the product and they refuse to tell me if or when i will receive the product.

You have ordered 2 full size trial for $11.90. After 18 day trial, you haven't cancelled and therefore, have been chaged $170, not $360. We can't offer a resolution to this because you chargedback.
As you know, Secret Serums offers a 15 day trial, where you only pay for shipping and processing for a full 30-day supply. By placing an order with us you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which enrolls you in the Secret Serums VIP auto-ship program.
We always encourage customers to call customer service within the perimeters of the trial period and share their product experience, and cancel if they so choose, no questions asked.
