Complaint Review: Secret Serums

Secret Serums secretserums.com Costumer Service advised me after charging my acct 89.81 that I didnt respond after 15 days to cancel that they would keep charging my acct ( which I made sure it was cancelled) it was suppose to be a free trial use of 49.91 but didnt read fine print. Lewiston Maine

I said it is phony it doesnt work I will send both bottles back and she says no, no and was rude. I thought she said Merissa was her name but it could have been Clarissa. 

I ordered this as an add come on tv said use free, try it well I tried it and I think it is a joke...a secret serum, you ought to b e ashamed of yourselves. I received my credit card bill and was charged 89.81 on 2-28-2017 for a new bottle received on 3-5-2017 and I dont want either of them. I gave credit card number to handle shipping and handling and they said product was worth 49.81. Well, they charged me 89.41.

Well, this girl, Merissa, or Clarissa, was rude, said nothing she could do....I said I would send both back and she says no we cant do that...please make sure my account is cancelled....this stuff felt like egg whites on your face. Yech! I am ashamed of services they allow people to distribute.
