Complaint Review: SECRETSERVER RIGA LV - SOFT FOR SALE

This company was advertising software for the computer at very low prices. I ordered windows xp update. Finally recieved it after 30 days. There was no information in the package. There was no license number to use to download. There was no telephone number to call. I called my credit card company and they did not have a telephone number on their records of payee, only the name secretserver riga lv. I had no way of contacting this company. The e-mail address that was on information from initial contact did not work. The CD was sent from a Country outside the U.S.
