After having ADT alarm system for 3 years (06/01/08-06/01/11) at the end of that contract I switched to Security Networks alarm system. Since the salesman came to my front door to sell me a new service from security networks. After they made all the changes just changing the codes on the equipment I called ADT and canceled my service with them and never got charged again.

After having Security Networks for the next 5 years (06/04/11-06-04-16). I switched back to ADT (06/08/16) after they made all their changes with all Brand New Equipment replacing all the old with new. After sending my cancellation letter and calling to cancel my service I'm still being charged $46 a month for service I don't have and it is 4 months later ($183.96). I'm being told there is stil terms on my contract but after reading the contract there are no other terms on it. It ended on 06/04 2016 I even have the salesman phone number and all 6 pages. I even have all all the paper work from ADT as well all  filed away.
