This company continues to both Robo Call and live call me for OVER 6 months and no matter how much i BEG them to Remove my phone number they simply LAUGH and say sure. But the very next day I am bombared with call after call.
Also who in their Right Mind would pay $54.99 monthly for a security system. They must think we are a bunch of HICKS who live in the sticks. I can get a great system for $28.00 every day of the week!

So ill basically sum up first guard as whole. I worked there for about a month and this is what i experienced. Huge violation of labor laws such as forced meetings where you are specifically told not to clock in. This is easily the most idiotic way to "cut costs". Some employee every week is having a problem with their paycheck being the full amount. The office manager refers to himself and has all sales closers refer to him as a completely made up name, to hide his real name from customers of course. Sound like a company you want to work for or with? Wait there is more! You will be constantly degraded on their dysfunctional sales floor. You are a vendor for a major company's product and your working for men who think yelling and trash talking employees is acceptable. You're in luck if the AC is on! Here's the bottom line, you can rebuttle all these comments you want and for every rebuttal there will be a new employee posting another. It's starts with how you treat people but then again this company has a shelf life like milk the way it's being run. But this little bit isn't a threat to the company. Im letting you know that based on principle I have contacted the department of labor and for 2 weeks now we've been building a case against first guard. Its full of things like names, dates, well documented cases and witnesses, and also some amazing legal counsel. So if you are working there you already know these things and if you don't... Stay away! Or stay and hate it.

This is obviously an upset EX employee writing this response, maybe THomas Allen Ambler to be exact?? Lets look at the facts here Thomas,
1. Secure 1 does NOT market at all in Costa Mesa Ca, or in California for that matter so it would be impossible to recieve your such robo and live calls for 6 months straight.
2. Secure 1's marketing is an opt in email survey meaning that you or someone else would have to physically type in your number to be called. Numbers arent just dialed for fun, marketing costs money THomas, so makes no sense wasting it calling people who dont want to be called, like you supposedly.
3. The price isnt told to you in the call, so you stating the exact amount to the cent is ALOT suspicous as well.
And lastly, you can not get a quality security system for $28 a month and you should know that of all people.
So posting this because you were upset that you no longer work here isnt proving anything, if you had put the effort into doing your job you would still have one. This is just a childish post from Thomas Allan Ambler because he got fired and was upset and thought this would get even. It just shows you that you cant believe much of whats online and especially this site since they do abslutely no duediligence to see if the accusations are even true.
These allegations are completely false and ive listed 3 solid facts to prove it. If anyone needs more please contact our office and i would be happy to explain more in depth.
