Complaint Review: Secure America

I worked for Nick Alberino(who is more behind the scenes) and his son Nick Junior(does most of the work and lying) for 7 months. To be honest he's a cool guy I loved my job for about 3-4 months, until they got greedy and wanted to expand and hired a bunch of people and from alarms we started doing energy sales, after that flopped we got back into alrams. I made good money initially in alarms but that only last for so long. Every friday is a disaster. They rip people off, and I witnessed it countless amount of times, I just never personally experienced it until now. The news came on several occasisions (cbs 12) due to bounced checks (which happens all the time) and people not getting paid and they just blew it of on the manager they hired who they were manipulating.

A former employee returned from an old office and let me know that they shut it down and came to where we were, and that they only had paid the people the liked and the people they didnt care for were left with nothing which is unethical. Here at my job people would be in and out but there was core group of about4 people that stayed in the duraation of time i was there. Basically they strated getting back into energy and had a side for alarms and for energy. One week they just left the office and we were told they were going to ohio for business, they didnt formally tell their employees and they never gave a date of return. however we continued working under his girlfriend who was managing us as a favor. we worked without them there for about a week until they started making up excuses about why we shouldnt come in and then they had us start working from home directing the calls to our phones. Now they told us to take a break on a thursday and that we'd start back on monday and that they were returning from ohio(this was about the 3rd time they had set a date of return and by the way they are still in ohio) monday morning he texted his employees telling them someone had stolen their ipad and that he couldnt take it and wished us best of luck and basically told us to get lost. 2 days later day he gave us the opton of working from home, i started working for a different alarm company that monday but when he texted me i told him if i was guaranteed something that friday i would leave this job and start working frm home for him. we agreed on 100 dollars and that i would be getting paid for the deals i got that starting week, next week like normal, but he would give the 100 as a favor. friday came he just kept giving me the run around , then it turned into saturday by 10 ill western union the money then sunday, monday etc i stopped working for him that week, wednesday i stopped asking and would just wait until friday when i was owed a 100 dollars for an installation i had for the week of working from home. he isnt responding to me and several other employees who are owed money, after telling me yesterday he would do it as soon as he woke up i havent heard from him all day andi was owed the money yesterday

moral of the story he is full of s**t, he will lie like its nothing, he seems cool and acts like he cares but they do not, u might get under their wing but youll only fly for so long, they care about no one but themselves, they dont pay their employees their checks bounce and i read the reports on here about them the first week i started but i refused to believe because they seemed genuine and the money looked promising, if they were stealing othe rpeoples deals i know they were taking any of mine that they could

DO NOT WORK FOR THEM THEY ARE NOW IN OHIO DOING ENERGY SALES AND I FEEL BAD FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE HIRING AND WILL BE RIPPED OFF THEY DONT DESERVE TO OWN BUSSINESS' NOTHING ABOUT THEM IS PROFESSIONAL THEY DONT PAY ON TIME EITHER EVERY WEEK THEYD PAY US AFTER 6 WHEN BANKS CLOSE AND WE WERENT ALLOWED TO CASH THEM ANYWHERE BUT BANK OF MAERICA AND THEN WE'D GO ONSATURDAY FOR THEM TO TELL US THEY HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IF YOU READ THIS AND ADDRESS THEM THEY WLL GIVE U A REAL GOOD STORY JUST LIKE THEY TOLD US WHEN WE ADDRESSED THEM ABOUT HOW THEY HAD A PARTNER THAT WAS RIPPING THE WORKERS ITS ALL BS DONT FALL FOR IT THERE ARE PLENTY OFF JOBS OUT THERE I WISH I WOULDNT HAVE WASTED SO MUCH TIME W THEM

no proper business leaves their employees without telling them and doesnt have a return date they are probably staying in ohio and opening up a new office to start the scamming all over as soon as people find out too much thats when they up and leave he even told us if the owner of the building kicks them out for having all the bad attention they got, that our jobs were safe and he could open up a new office the next day, they prey on people who cant find jobs and squeeze any penny they can out of them and mae it seem like they are helping i never thought id be writing about them like this but they have shown there true colors to me and do not waste your time it is my fault for allowing this to happen i will admit because i saw how they dealt with people from the start  THEY ARE BAD CROOKED DECEITFUL PEOPLE NONETHELESS U WILL NEVER HAVE A STABLE JOB W THEM AND U WILL BE USED AND ABUSED
