Complaint Review: Secure Payment Solutions LLC

I am so mad that I got suckered into this scam.  When they told my my bank is lying to me...That they have to do a mod.,  I knew something was wrong.  They also promised if the bank could not do the mod. the company "financialution" would refund my money back.  Well after 30 + calls I see now I got the royal treatment of get--------!  Not only would they put me on hold, transfer my call or just plain hang up on me...I only wish I could meet them face to face.  You can not get away with ripping people off.  I guarantee..you will be put behind bars real soon.

I had received a call from Mr. Jon Kelley stating that he would help me on my Mortgage he made false accusations and advised me to not make any mortgage payments i felt like i was getting wrong information so when i called again i spoke to a supervisor from the company and they explained to me the situation and that the things Mr. Jon Kelley advised were incorrect they helped me with my modification and corrected all the errors he had made i was later approved for a lower interest rate. Im glad i called back to get this corrected.

This company is not a scam this report was written by a disgruntled employee. this company does not have any complaint by any clients just one disgruntled employee.

I am a client and have personally purchased the services that financialution provides and the reason i am writing this is because they helped save both of my homes and i have a moral obligation to them. i read this report before doing business with them and then realized that this company does not have any complaints just one disgruntled employee that wants revenge.This company is not a scam. this report is false.
