Complaint Review: Secure Placement

Secure Placement Todd Parker sold me a bulk vending machine placement warranty and when I asked to have machine relocated I was ignored. So I basically paid this guy to do absolutely nothing for me Internet

My personal experience with this vend placement company was this.  I bought 50 Vendstar vending machines and was referred this company to place all the machines.  I purchased a warranty contract from this company, they assured me that they would move any machines that weren't doing well after they were intially placed.  The guys who came out to place my machines ended up being by Todd Parker words "blacklisted guys"  who did a horrible job of placing all of my machines, now I have 25 machines that were given back to me by the intial locations that they were placed.  So I call Todd Parker, to see if he can relocate the machines that are in bad locations and the machines that were given back to me by store owners.  I called Todd for months, only to be ignored.  So, I paid Secure Placement $1225 for a warranty that they will not honor.  I just wanted to make people aware of my experience with Todd Parker and Secure Placement.  Horrible

There where no monthly reports faxed or emailed to us (we don't require certified mail or anything time consuming) - none.  Our contract calls for this - it's in black and white and you signed it.  That being said Greg was sent out to you and as you know has already replaced several locations for you.


The monthly reports are only required to help verify route owners are keeping their machines clean and the candy fresh and rotated.  It's a red flag when this doesn't happen.  That being said, as usual, my company took the high road and ate crow.  We sent and paid Greg to help you out and you already know.


Please, in the future, please manage your route and take responsibility.  I don't have total control over every administrative process for my company.  Without those reports QC never moves forward.  I made an exception, this time only.
