 I had order tickets for the barnum and bailey three ring circus and talked to a lady about placing an order. I had orderer tickets for the 7 pm show and received for the 11 am show. When i talked to the Joe he said he couldn't do anything until he gets back in the office on monday but the tickets were for a show on saturday so that doesn't really help. Went to call him back on monday to find that his phone was turned off. I called there main place of business to speak with the boss but they said that they couldn't do that and you can only talk a manger. While manager decides just to give me the run around and was of no help. I highly recommend that you DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM and when you call them they have nothing to say. We are taking this case up with the BBB. Just to save you a little bit of time and MONEY dont go threw them.

I work for SecureBoxOffice customer support and wanted to respond to your concerns. First, if you asked for tickets to a specific show and received tickets for a different date or time, you are absolutely entitled to a refund. Our support representatives would never intentionally place an order for the incorrect show time.  If you called us to contest the order and were told that a refund is not due, it is because the representative that placed the order disagrees with your account. Representatives attach notes to each phone sale, and if an issue arises, are consulted for more details about the transaction to clarify what the customer requested.

Some of the details in your complaint are ambiguous, but if you had an issue with the ticket seller, please let us know at support@secureboxoffice.com so that we can look into any misconduct and rectify the situation. We do appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience.
