Complaint Review: Securitas Security

Securitas Security is a great place to work, the owners of this company are at the top of offering what you need to do your job, however their oversight in retaining their customers is their downfall. Their unbelieveable leaders are not trained or have any people skills other than being bullies.

In other words there is no Team Work available to help the officers fully understand their duties. Nor is there any backup auditors to check on their customers expectations. The mistreatment of their guards and total disregard for their clients will eventually lead to this specific area being eliminated or replaced. Maybe change will bring back the respect Securitas deserves. SAD.
