Securitel Sptint.com/claims They claim I have $200 deductible to replace my phone Na Internet

 They're claiming that I have to pay $200 deductible to replace my stolen phone and they would replace with the same one. First I was never aware of a $13 per month for fully insured phone that that would be a deductible in case of need for their services. Second why would I pay $200 to go in the garbage while I can pay $178 and upgrade to a better phone. Does this make any sense??????? They're no very workable, they just want theyr 200$ Also before i file the claim i dpoke to a sprint customer service and he assured me that would've not been any fees or charge for this claim. Again ,never I agreed to pay a deductible in case of phone replacement, theyr agents sound like robot ,they keep saying the same thing but they are not flexible on common sense.
