Everytime I have called this company about anything concerning my alarm, I have been put on "Hold" for a very long time. This last time I called to report that my system was not working, I was on "hold" for over one hour.

when I finally got a technician he told me that my system was not receiving electricity, which I quickly disputed because the contro box was lit but the arlarm panel at the door was not lit and "FC" was flashing on the panel. He asked my phone number and said that he was goingh to check my account and put me on "hold again."

I waited another half hour and hung up. I called the monitoring number (800 340-3120) and waited approximately another half hour. A customer service rep finally answered and I complained about my previous call as well as, my previous call about "FC" where the tech people get back to you 72 hours later only to tell you to punch in this and that to get rid of the flashing "FC".....which came back a day later.

I also asked about the the installation of the new digital cellular communication which they stated that they would install before the end of February. It is now the end of March and their excuse is the equipment is on backorder. This is what they told me the first of February.

How long does it take for this equipment to come in? Plus my security system is no longer connected to the monitoring company, police or fire. I know this because i set it off in late FEbruary and no one called. They have consistently debited my account monthly. I was told that I had to call SAI as they are the only ones that can stop automatic withdrawal and credit my account for the time it is not being monitored.

I intend to have my account stop this automatic withdrawal and I intend to speak to them on Monday morning. I will let you know how that goes. Their customer service stinks!!!!! I am still waiting for the complete alarm system I paid for. Evidently, the alarm monitoring people, the technical people and the accounts people do not communicate with each other.
