I left my Area Manager Position where I had a solid 14 stores all in my state ,to go to work for Security Finance also dba Maverick,Continental Loans as well as Sunbelt credit.

I wanted to get into "real finance"" and out of PayDay Loans.

They said they would match my current salary and give me a territory in Idaho.(I let them know I was not going to relocate....ever.Also made that perfectly clear in the initial phone interview, also on resume also verbally spoken a thousand times...lol

Th assured me they had a plan for me in Idaho and raved about how great I will be.They said there would be a 3 month Training Period and I would be traveling a bit to different states to learn the way they operate.

Long story short got to NC ,,the home office for a training meeting.
Found out That the guy who hired me ..not my boss
Found out ''training program" well over a year long
No guarentee Where or When I would be placed
Training program requires Mon-Thursday Travel-
They book all the travel or the Training Supervisor minions do who are realy just all trying to get a promised VP spot themselves.

Tried to Speak to the Head of training at a social dinner and got in trouble for asking what i was confused about.

They ended up firing me because "" i was not the right person"".I am tottally glad,,thanks for the unemployment for 3 weeks, then got my former job back Thank God.

My advice to anyone who goes to work is Beware.I also know other Employees who were or are mislead with this Company.

On a further note; the collection tactics and field calls I had to learn (and go on)were dangerous to employees and harassing to the customer.
