SECURITY NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE ACCEPTANCE ex-service member decieved by SNAAC with high payments and interest mason, Ohio
i was the victim of financial ripoff by security national automotive.
back in late April of 2008 in least a car from them that cost over $11,000.
they made me sign a contract of monthly payments of $499.99 and in interest of 19.99%
for almost two years i was with this finance company paying outrageous monthly payments. i would've gotten out of the contract but i was constantly deployed while in the Marines. now they repossessed the vehicle and they took me for everything i had.

Okay so just how big was the gun they held to your head that "made" you sign the contract. Or did they tie you to a chair instead? The fact is that they did not make you do anything. You had the option of walking out if you didn't like the deal.
Now with that said, you may have have/had some protections under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act(SCRA) if they reposessed your car while you were deployed. However, this depends on your exact situation so you may want to do some research on that act to see if it would provide you any help.
