On July 19th, 2016, I had ordered a M3 Maxum High Security Lock from www.securityproductdepot.com online.
On July 22nd, 2016, I had cancelled this order since it was not left the warehouse and also the lock was not rekeyed. I requested a refund to my VISA through the owner (Michael Hassebrook or M Hurley. I followed up requesting a refund to my VISA on July 25th, 2016 with no response from Michael Hassebrook/M Hurley nor Susan Taylor.
They have processed a lock worth $ 232.00 dollars U.S. to my VISA card and I have not received the product. In Canadian dollars that is $302.00 Canadian. Complete scam. Be aware of these crooks.
