I as of 3 days ago,I was at Godaddy.com,and checked the whois for the domain name of beahcker.com,,Andu Hooda was listed, the website domain mame has been in his name since 2001 and was piad for until 2011

I talked with a technician,as the status of many articles of this website have now been revoked. The Godaddy technician told me this is being done, because this is is "phisching" site, meaning that may be asking for personal information from you,or taking money that no product is delivered for.I would suspect the latter in this case, since Godaddy has shut down this website, they also host the e-mail from this website, which is also shut down.

I then proceeded to call the number listed with GoDaddy for Andy Hooda, which the first call resulted in him personally answering the phone, then telling me I had the wrong number,I immediatedly called back, and a lady with a strange accent answered, asking me who I wanted to talk to,when I said Andy Hooda, she told me I had the wrong number, and hung up again.

I checked both times, and I was calling the number listed,at godaddy, and here as well.I plan to file a small claim against this jerk,to get my $728 back.If Andy Hooda does not show,a judgement will be entered in my favor, and will go on his records, until he pays me,and I drop the judgement.Since his address is in Chicago,I am willing to do this, since I live close to there.Since his website and e-mail have been shut down,,possibly from past customers that have also lost money,I see no other recourse against this man.

On Feb 8th 2007,I sent $700 for next day shipping for the CD Hacking software they offered. The cd did not come, and after countless unanswered e-mails,and the phone line always being busy, they finally answered my e-mail,saying their office in Birmingham, has been destroyed by fire, and promised to send me the CD the next day.

Well, about a week later,I got the cd,,and put it in my CD Drive tray, and it did not work, nothing showed up on the screen.I thought my drive was bad, since my puter is 0 years old,but had a technician from Dell tell me,that there is nothing wrong, with my drive. After trying several other CD's my drive turned out to work perfectly.

So,after several other unanswered e-mails,I finally get one back this week, and they said they would send me another cd in exchange for the bad one I have. Nothing has come yet,,and that was over a week ago,,now the website is down, and the phone line is constantly busy.Where do I go,to Alabama or Chicago to find this worm Andy?
