My property manager contracted them to fix the roof of my home which I am renting. It took them 3 months after threats from the property manager to cut the deal for them to put a plastic tarp on the house. Well it's been 4 months and the tarp is still up and they have not been back to start the actual job. My house is growing mold and my children and I are getting sick. They refuse to call back and start the job and always have an excuse. They were already paid for the job according to the property manager, but nothing has been done. I am having to move because of this and the jerk that owns the company, Robin Bidlofsky has repeatedly lied and was so absolutely disrespectful over the phone that I decided to give them negative reviews as well as complaint to the BBB.
Well, I immediately received a call late in the evening from Robyn threatening that if I don't remove the review, she will make sure that they do NOT complete the job. She is a bully and as dishonest as they get. Now my property manager will have to deal with them legally because I am no longer interested in dealing with such dishonest people that like to bully others. They have an immense amount of negative reviews and they all say the same thing. They even have another rip off report that also speaks about their dishonest practices. Stay very far away from this company. They will take your money and leave you in the limbo.
