i reside in the state of la, i ministry to people in jail i had telephone service  put in at my resident the company that i chose iask up front will i be able to recieve collect call, because i ministry at the jail they told me there would be no problem one of my client tried to call me collect and was told that my number was block,so i call my telephone provider, and was told that there was no block on my line,and gave me a number to call i call, they told me that i had to setup account with they company first and i had to options prepaid card or western union i refuse i told then who my long distance carry was,and no i wasnt getting no prepaid accountwith them then i was told that they could bill me on my phone bill with my telephone company provider so i said ok , my client call me everything was fine for 4 days and then they put a block on my line again so i call this company again after my telephon provider said there was no block on my phone and to call this number first before they answer . they said i was approve for 900.00 credit from there company it was good for 90 days then i was put on hold for 30 minutei went to the store two blocks from my home and was still on hold when i went back home, finally got a live demon on the phone, and wastold ihad a 100.00 balance to be paid before the block could be remove. but i had a 900.00 dollar creditto use in 90 days, i told  the demon what is you talking about i dont have no bill saying i own you 100.00 this is my first time hearing this, and you is not fixing to hold my line hostage, so ask where and how do i pay this bill, they told metold me thur my telephone company so i went and paid it,they unblock my line 4 more days and put another block on it i went to jesus then, and they unblock it again 4 more days it was block again, i was told from this company that i own 200.00 and the balance had to be paid in full before they unblock my line, they are taking advanges of people they are lairer.cheaterand everybody that got a love one in jail. need to take a stand aganist this demon company they are robbing people, we have rights too it time to take a stand aganist demon company  like this whoever else got they hands in the pie too sad because im going to stand up for my rights get rid of all the demon greed people dishonest company must go

Looking at your report is extremely difficult.  How can you minister when you can't even communicate effectively?

If I assume that your report is factual, then the issue has to be your communication style with the representatives. Either you misunderstand the terms of your contract or the CSR's can't understand you enough to clear up the issue. IF the report is true, then it is mostly likely a combination of both: you don't know the terms and conditions of your contract and no one can understand what you are asking when you call. 

The other obvious option is: the report is a fake. 

I am going with option 2, the report is fake. And, I sincerely hope you do not minister to anyone with your (lack of) communication skills. Get some education.
