Securustech.net horrible cusotmer service very poor quality phone and video services at a high price. no proper way to contact and complain about services Dallas Texas

Dropping calls, hard to hear and blaming it on others internet connection. I have owned and managed data centers at one point so know what is happening here. Same for a VoIP company so know the sounds and how bad it can be. You pay a high price for really really cheap service that is not to help the families of those who are incarcerated whether they are guilty or not. There are other better services that they could use as well as ones that make sure that you can speak to someone on the phone.  Video services every single time I ended up writing notes to  my husband because he could not hear me. Used laptop as well as cell phone. They are making exorbitant fees for really cheap service that do not work.

excuses are servers were down or we were working on the servers. Only way to discuss it is with chat phoning is hard to get through as well as the fact they will not refund your money only give credits.  Also, no way to contact management at all. You do not know who or where the individual is that the chat and/or phone calls are from. Here it the USA or the phillipines or India.  Every day outages horrible and heard to hear lots of breakup obviously a VoIP service and where are there servers. Are they using amazon or where? I did a traceroute and it failed multiple times. Also they do not how to configure dns properly and do not even have reverse dns.  So mickey mouse outfit with cheap labor and I am not sure that the customer service is in the USA.

Did they hire it out to the phillipines or india?  Anyway, lots of other providers out there that provide a much much better service. No wonder they do not have any reviews from the customers just from the institution that buy their services and obviously get a “kickback”.  My degree is in accounting and computer programming and owned data centers and took care of servers so do not what I am talking about as discussed above lots of breakup and white noise so loud on the video like you are standing right beside Niagra falls.  Still waiting for a phone call from a manager it has now been 8 days when I was told it would be 48 hours.
