This company should be investigated by the State of California. No call backs when you leave a message and definitely their msg. says they are on the phone.
They must be on the phones for days now as I cannot get anyone to verify my medicine at the pharmacist is covered.
This has been a problem from day one which started 18 yrs. ago.
Never should this organization been allowed to exist. If any company chooses them then the employees should revolt.
