Complaint Review: sedona beauty direct

sedona beauty direct Took a survey at the end of an Amazon purchase. Thought it was amazon. Was supposed a gift to take the survey. Paid $ 3.97 for shipping & eight days later charged $ 94.00. Was told I only had a week to return the product & the time had lapsed. Contacted A scam, was supposed to be a gift then was charged for the product Internet

I took a survey at the end of an Amazon purchase regarding Amazon service. I do not take survey but I am a prime Amazon shopper. Took the survey and was asked to pay for shipping. Paid $ 3.98 for shipping. Received the product. Eight days later my CC was charged $ 94.00 for the product. When I called the company I was told I only had seven days to return the product & I missed that deadline. 

I contacted Amazon & was told it was a scam. 

I contacted Visa & filed a fraud claim, bot to no avail. Stating in the fine print it states this is a trial product not a gift as it was presented. This should be a class action suit in the making.
