Complaint Review: sedona beauty secrets

Dear customers HELLO! I need you help please! I am a victim of the fraud! My debit card was charged 75£ for the nothing and I didnt know that the company sedona beauty secrets are taking money from me.. I'm afraid that they will take money every month from me! Maybe I need to block my debit card and get a new! When i was filling the survey (it was my the biggest mistake) i entered my debit card details. There were saying that Im buying the TRIAL for 1£, after few weeks I received sample of sedona beauty eye cream and I payed for the shipping 11.04£, and then I cancelled my memberhip (just in case) and the next day I was charged 75£ ;/ There were nothing saying about this money and about 8day TRIAL period like they are answering me... They don't want to refund me even if I'll send it back... And i wrote a lot of claims about this company that they are  fraudsters. Please give me an advise where I need to contact for this problem and what must I do with my debit card. THANK YOU! 

WHAT I WROTE TO sedona beauty:
 Hello. I have a problem. I entered a survey for the prize, there were sedona beauty TRIAL FOR FREE, then it showed that it cost just 1£ and
free shipping and I submitted it, I entered my debit card details, when item arrived (sedona beauty anti-wrinkle eye cream tester) I PAYED shipping
cost 11.04£....because the seller didnt pay for the shipping to me... checked my Natwest statement and sedona beauty were caalculated from
my card 1.94£ and 3.91£ at the same time... ;/ Few days ago I canceled my membership, and yesterday sedona beauty took from me 74.84£.... For what???
If I cancelled! I can send this cream back which i received!! so i payed for everything 1.94£ + 3.91£ + 11.04£ + 74.84£ = 91.73£ for the one small
eye cream ;/// I have added photos what I received and how much money sedona beauty took from me ;( Im 23years old student, I dont need
anti-wrinkle cream....Now im scared to give my details on any surveys...Please check my membership which I was cancelled

Thank you for contacting Sedona Beauty Secrets . You ordered a trial of Sedona Beauty Secrets . Within your initial shipment you received a 30 day supply of Sedona Beauty Secrets and you were charged $94.31 USD for this when the trial period expired.

This information was all presented to you in the terms and conditions at the time of order and had to be agreed to before the order could be successfully submitted.

Unfortunately, I am unable to respond to refund requests via email. We have a team of customer service representatives that would be more than happy to assist you at the number below.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service department at 888-978-2848 and we will be happy to further assist you. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

AND WHAT I REPLIED TO THEM:
Hello again, its Marija Cvanova. You wrote that you can't respond refund requests via emails and that I must to call to yours customer service department which is in Usa. That means if I will call from UK to Usa I will pay for the call the same price which sedona beauty secrets took from my debit card 91$ (plus minus). Because calls to the Usa are very expensive, so I think that this is a mockery of the people. Why must I call if I wrote my problem via email? What I will hear NEW by a phone call? I will hear the same that your company are answering to all the victims, that I won't get the refund. I have read all appeals about sedona beauty secrets and everyone had the same problem with it, all those people didn't know that they are having 8 days trial, because there weren't any information about this. I cancelled my membership and the next day i was charged!! This is a serious FRAUD. I will contact my bank, i will report a fraud to the UK police, to the Usa police, because I see that people are victims and I want justice! Thank You for the attention.
