Complaint Review: Vision Improvement Technologies

I ordered there product, I was not happy with it and it caused me to have severe headaches. I called the phone number provided and they gave me instructions on sending the product back. I had 15 days after the call to send it back and I sent it back in the alotted time. They claim that I did not get it to them in the time span and that the CD that was in the packet was not there. I know for a fact that it was, cause the only thing that I used out of the package was the book, I also know that I sent it back to them in time. They continued to charge me for the product, which they have. They offered to send it back to me, but I don't want it. All I wanted was my monies refunded. At that time they had only taken 1 payment. At preasent they have taken all payments. Which are 3 payments of $69.80.
