Complaint Review: SEE IT CLICK IT

A very bubbly helpful sales girl called Nadine called me selling Facebook advertising.

It all sounded great and she took a keen interest in my business and website.

Who cant resist Australian accents right guys?

I kept putting her off saying I didn't have the money. Over the next 2 weeks she kept calling back to see how things were going and to chat about what she did at the weekend etc.....

I must have received 10 phone calls from her in the build up to paying for my advert.

When the time came to pay for my advert Nadine asked for 140, which wasnt what we had agreed. I reminded her that we had agreed 118 to which she immediately agreed before taking my card details.

I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours by my 'account manager' and also receive a proof of my advert that would be tailored to my needs. 5 days later I had received no contact and 3 emails I had sent were ignored. On the seventh day I received a proof advert that was totally generic and contained no information about my offers. I was also told that this advert
had been sent to Facebook for proofing I sent them an amended text for my advert and asked why nobody had contacted me, this was also ignored.

I eventually received an email saying that they had received my amendments and that the advert was going live within 24 hours.

The advert was to target people who were engaged within a 50-mile radius of my City. I had a hunch by this time that the whole enterprise was a scam so I asked several friends on face book who were within the catchment area to change there status to engaged and to actively search for my advert. 5 days into my advertising time not one person had managed to locate the advert.

I have asked seeitclick.it for my money back and a full apology for wasting my time. I am yet to receive a response. I called my debit card company who said there was nothing they could do as I had given them permission over the phone to take the money.

Be warned this company is a total scam.

Also Nadine promised to run around my garden in a silly hat if I received no business from the advert.
