Complaint Review: SEE IT CLICK IT

I'd been looking into facebook advertising for my small photography company which is just starting out. I received a call from SEEITCLICK.IT who sounded like they were offering a good deal, and because I was interested in getting a facebook advert I listened on. Usually I'd have hung up. 

I was skeptical and his manner didn't help- pushy and cocky. I asked him about my right to change my mind, but he said there was no right to a refund. As my buisness partner wasn't there I didn't want to pay the full amount (non-refundable) straight away, but he convinced me to pay a quarter, with the rest being taken from my account the next day unless I contacted him (on and 0845 number). 

As we spoke he tried to email over a contract and details, but it repeatedly didn't work. At no point did he actually ask me if I wanted to take out an advert. 

I don't know why all this didn't put me off. Despite my suspicions I went ahead with the advert. 

I asked to access the stats from my advert once it went live, their response is to email a screen grab that basically shows nothing much at all. I've seen nothing from my advert, there's no way for me to see the advert or stats online myself. Only this screen dump. I'm not convinced they've done anything for my money. I was promised a "dedicated campaign manager", what a joke...

I'd warn anyone to keep well away, and hope that people who frantically google this whilst on the phone to SEEITCLICK.IT come across some of these reports. If you do, don't sign up, and if possible waste as much of their time as you can.

I've had far more success with a 19 advert i took out on a really unprofessional website the day before I talked to seeitclick.it
