They first contacted me November 2012 offering a discounted service to herbalife distributors.
They offered me a package consisting of owing a certain mileage of advertising around my P.O Box.
They told me that i could make a once off payment for this advertising and if happy with the results could make it a recurring payment every month. Like a fool i agreed and handed over certain details, they with out my knowledge had put me on a debit order every month and no matter what i did and how many letters i sent would not cancel any of this. Finally i had to close my bank account and open a new one to stop this. i wish to take legal action against this company but find if hard when i live in south africa, people need to be warned.
