Please dont be fooled by seizedrealestate.coms really nice looking website.
If I was a little smarter I would have dug a little deeper just to notice that they do not list their address or phone number. I know better than to just trust whats on the surface. My mistake.
Once you pay the $35 one time fee(which should have also sent off alarm bells) to seizedrealestate.com it redirects you to http://www.restrictedonly.com/seized/. This websites info is all stuff you can access free. All of the links are free to the public but www.seizedrealestate.com makes it look like you will be accessing their very own database.
Please, please, please don't be fooled by these people.
