I too, and the victim of SBCN. It took months and months to finally receive medicine, however, they immediately took out the $50.00 registration fee and the very next month the $30.0 for the meds. I have since read that it is now $20.00.

Once the meds did come they came regularly until time to renew. I was in constant contact with them about these forms. I completed them and mailed them to the address given. They didn't recieve them. I remailed them once again - they didn't receive them. I had requested that someone notifiy me the second time if they did not recieve them. Nothing I have ever mailed to them seems to have gotten there.

Many months later when no medicine came I was told that I mailed them to the wrong address. I mailed them to the address given, I did not make the address up! However, the money continued to come out of my account.

At this point, I want out, as my daughter now has insurance for her meds. I also was told that they need this and that in order to cancel or they will charge me $120.00! They have charged me $360.00 and I have not recieved any product. And they want another $120.00!

I would never do business with this company again and would never refer them to anyone ever! I have demanded a refund but also was told they could not refund my money. I feel they totally take advantage of those how need help the most.
