We filed a claim in October 2013 using the online claims service. Having heard nothing in three weeks, I called and spoke with a customer agent. He said they had no record of the claim and requested that I fax the documents. He would not give me his name, but told me to call immediately after faxing to confirm they had received the documents. When I called back, I explained the entire story to a second person, who assured me the documents had arrived.
Np word for another two weks. I called and spoke with a third person. They had no record of the claim. I was told to again fax the documents and to call to confirm receipt. He gave me his extension number. I faxed and when I called to confirm, I received a message that the extensions "mail box is full and no message will be recorded."
I called back and spoke with a fourth person. I explained the entire story and he promised to look into it and return a call that day. It has now been a week and I've heard nothing.
I don't think I'll be re-newing.
