Where do you start with this company.

 

First off we bought the condo and decided because it had been vacant for 6 months to purchase a home warranty. All the appliances, AC, water heater were in good working order.

First claim out of the gate:

1) First service provider truck broke down. No phone call from him or Select

2) Second servicer provider. rude to wife and I.

3) 4 days later when the slow tech decided to send in paperwork and since there were no service records, they will only pay 100 dollars of the claim and the rest is on us.

 

Read the fine print!!! and do noc call affer 5PM EST as it goes to some Indian call center and they will just give you the runaround.

 

WORST COMPANY and BUYER BEWARE....RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN WHEN DEALING WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!!!
