When we went to file a claim for an air conditioner problem, they said they would only cover up to $100 (if we paid the $60 service call fee), as we could prove the air conditioner had been serviced twice in eight months - in Wisconsin, where you only use air conditioners 3 -4 months of the year. We bought warranty in August, this is May.
