Complaint Review: Select home warranty

Select home warranty I filed a claim on the select home warranty website for a broken spring. The spring was an option for the claim, I paid my $65 for the claim, after the company took my money... they responded that they don't cover the spring. The claim should never have been accepted if it's not covered, nor should it have been an option to select during the claim process! Mahwah NJ

Member of the corporate office reached out, very kind and understanding, was willing to resolve the issue to have the garage fixed. Thank you Ripoff report getting our voices out!
