The spring was an option for the claim, I paid my $65 for the claim, after the company took my money... they responded that they don't cover the spring. Member of the corporate office reached out, very kind and understanding, was willing to resolve the issue to have the garage fixed. Thank you Ripoff report getting our voices out!
