Mr. Litt and his wife have a long history of shady dealings. Constantly surrounded by Ponzi schemes and lawsuits -Eg., Lenny Dykstra BK Fraud. They pulled the bait & switch on us. Took our money and changed the agreement by extortion and threatening to not return our money.

Completely made us by disgruntled tenants who were going to be evicted for multiple tenant violations. They were afforded all courtesies to make it right. Sadly every word stated in this web-site false. Sad that anyone can say anything with no verification or integrity. And that there are sites like this that allow people to slime. I guess if you have a name or some standing in life you must watch your back due to bad people. Again a false smear. Hopefully they will remove as ‘karma is a bi*ch‘ and God is watching.
