Select Portfolio Sercives INC My fiance has had nothing but problems since SPS purchased his mortgage his from previous lender. Countless times his mortgage was said to be late or not recieved ending him in foreclosure. Salt Lake City Utah

My fiancé has had nothing but problems since SPS purchased his mortgage his from previous lender. Countless times his mortgage was said to be late or not received ending him in foreclosure. He had to file for modification and hardship assistance which took quite long. This inevitably tacked on more fees due to the documents required for processing were said to never have been received via fax, even though these were sent 3 times with confirmations emails each time. Next, the first and second payments paid out, after being accepted into the assistance program, were said to be late each time. This lead to the cancellation of any assistance and foreclosure of his home, again. We are extremely frustrated and feel stuck in this situation.

Your first claim(presumably trying to infer that they were wrong) is that they told him he was late or didn't pay.  If that is the case why is he trying to file for a modification or hardship assistance, when instead he could just show them proof of his on-time payments?

Seems like there is something missing from your story.
