My home loan was sold and Select Portfolio Servicing sent me a letter informing me that they are the servicer of the loan.

For the past 10 years, Ive paid this on the first of the month and per the mortgage payment amount.  SPS says I am behind almost $3,000 in payments, have late fees to pay and I am in default of this loan.

They sent me a letter telling me I need to pay them more than $2,000 in 3 days or they will demand full payment of the loan amount and kick me out of my home.  When I got their letter, it was after the 3 day deadling shown, so before I got the letter, I am automatically set to lose my home.

Ive sent tons of proof Im never late with my payments and I pay the monthly amount I am suppsoed to pay.

SPS says the escrow account has no money,  Its strange how the previous companies that managed this loan never had thsi problem.

Ive filed complaints with both State and Federal Regualtory Agencies and no one will do anything against these folks.

Ive seen the video taken of a court proceediing of an elderly woman in the same situation we are faced.  You can see this on yourtube.

The only way we can win is to gat a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit against SPS and the note holder of our accounts, which SPS refuses to reveal.

The FTC, BBB and State Banking regulators wont lift a finger to do anything.
