Complaint Review: Select Portfolio Servicing - Fairbanks Capital

Select Portfolio is doing the same things as Fairbanks Capital did. When my loan with Fairbanks was bought from USBank, they threatened to foreclose, sent a man to my house to "verify" that I occupied the premises, refused/returned my regular payment, demanded a payment of $1517.00 for "default", and continue to credit less than $3.00 to the principal. I still owe them more than I borrowed! When the notice claim on the class action, I signed up and collected $12.00 for over five years of payments.

It is going to take a miracle from God above to rid myself of this evil monster, but He's working it out! I have finally found a mortgage company that is seriously trying to consolidate this second with the original and refinance. Praise the Lord! God bless all of you experiencing the same things and I pray you, too, get free!
