Complaint Review: Select Portfolio Servicing Inc.

We have been trying for the past 2 years to do a home modification. This morgage company is doing nothing but screwing us around. They tell us the documents that they need to do the modification. You send those documents in and then get letters and phone calls saying that you didnt send in what was needed or that they need other documents. You send those in and again and again and again they tell us the same thing. We have a man about every month hang a letter on our door saying to notify the morgage company. That man stands out front and takes pictures. I am extremly upset that happens every month. Every time I speak with a rep I make sure I take down the name. I get excuses everytime that the documents go to different people and not in at the time they need to be. That is Crap! We do as they say and I am getting extremly upset with this company. They are going to end up making us lose our home. I dont know what to do about it. This cannot keep going on!
