Complaint Review: Select Portfolio Servicing Inc

Select Portfolio Servicing Inc SPS, Inc Failed to refund nearly $900 in insurance payments after I sold my house. Failed to send a 1098 for tax purposes. I have contacted them repeatedly since December 1, 2014 Salt Lake City Utah

 My mortgage with my mortgage company was sold to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc beginning 1 September of 2014. I had a terrible time trying to figure out who or how to pay them. The house was put on the market the end of September 2014. I paid escrow to them for taxes and insurance. The funds from the previous mortgage company transferred with the sale of the mortgage. I made September, October and November payments to them. I sold the house 1 December 2014. They had just paid the insurance to my company, however they are required by Kansas law to return the funds to the mortgage company. I have called them and emailed them several times with no luck. They told me that they have sent the 1098 for 2014 as well as the check but that it was returned twice. They were to fax the 1098 after the last call on April 6. I have not yet received either.
