Complaint Review: Select Portfolio Servicing

well even though they have changed there name to select portfolio servicing they are still doing the same stuff ...i recieced a letter advising me to get insurance as there insurance would be high.. they had been including the insurance with my loan for a couple years...i went and got insurance ... my insurance agent faxed all the neccessary info to them ...he had a copy of the letter i had been sent by sps...i recieved another letter that now says they need more info...and today another letter that they have added insurance to my account...

i already have paid the insurance through nationwise.... fees that i have paid them are still not being applied to my ACCOUNT LIKE THEY SHOULD BE.....this is sad...they havent learned there lesson...and we all are still suffering with this company.. the settlement we recieved wasn't even the amount of settlement that was on our original letter...what can we do now...these people need to be stopped...
