I purchased a top down, bottom up, 3/8" double cellular shade from Selectbinds.com.  They were very crooked.  Both at the top and at the bottom.  I was able to send them back.  When they were returned they were still crooked by about 1/2" on the bottom. 

I have spend about 30 hours trying to get these blinds fixed.  Every time I call I wait over 10 minutes, only to be given the chance to leave a voice message.  No one returns those calls.  The only way to talk to a live person is to call as though I am buying blinds.  I have talked to about 3 sales reps that way, but they never do what they say they will do. 

The only way to talk to anyone is via email.  I have taken pictures and they have passed them on to the manufacturer.  The Manufacturer may be a company called Timer Blind and Shutter out of McKinney, TX.  The last message I received from Selectblinds.com  said to place a shim in my window to make it level!  My windows are level, the blinds are off by about 1/2"

I bought these window treatments because the reviews were so high.  I have come to realize that they don't post all the reviews that come in.  My review is not among those.
