Select Blinds offers good prices and quality blinds.  But have a problem in post sales and they ignore you.  I have purchased over $4000 in blinds in past 4 years yet... one simple hardware issue arose and all I got was ignored and then asked to pay for a replacement part that should have been offered fro free with me only having to pay a modest shipping cost.  Clearly, SelectBlind's business model is based on for every customer lost, 5 new ones appear.. so why brother nurturing repeat customer sales.  that is the American cesspool we all swim in.  Sadly, SelectBlinds like most businesses has opted to "take the money and run" instead of keeping me as a valued customer.  I would encourage them and others to read America's economic "theology" that defines the customer as the sole arbiter of what is fair.. and remains "sovereign" in determining a company's success or failure.  Thanks to SelectBlind's obfuscations, both my sovereignty and dignity has been impaired.

So their epitaph  appropriately should read:  "buyer beware"
