I started making monthly payments to selectcare benefits network back in May of 2012 because they told me that they had a medication I need for a $150 sign up fee and $35 for each month on. Several representatives told me that the medication would arrive in 2 weeks. It has been over 5 months and I still do not have the medication and they are still automatically taking the money out of my account.

Scbn makes you sign up with your bank infirmation so they can withdraw the money even when you tell them to cancel it. Scbn told me I had to write a letter explaining why I wanted them to stop taking money out of my account. They continue to tell me that they haven't received the prescription from the doctor and that is why they haven't mailed out the medications. I'm a patient at one the biggest University in the world, Rush Hospital. I contacted Rush and my Doctor's assistant said she faxed and mailed out the prescription several different times. Scbn has taken over $500 dollars from me and they
need to be stopped.
