This company contacted me from no known lead source although my resume was posted on Indeed.com and Careerbuilder.com. They offered me a position as a quality inspector for packages. I was to take a picture of the mailing label and the contents. Once I sent them to my HR manager, Oswalt Edwards, he would in turn send me a new label to affix to the package and have me remail it out to a location in Lake Elsinore, CA. The names were different, but the packages went to the same location. I asked him what was going on and he said that there was a container there that would be shipped to Europe with electronics that were purchased in the US and that way they could save on shipping charges. The items were mainly computers, expensive camera lenses and cell phones. I was to be paid after 30 days to make sure that I did the job and didn't steal any of the packages. They asked for all my new hire information, my bank account number for direct deposit, and had me sign a company contract explaining how I would be compensated. I received packages daily for 3 weeks and then they stopped. At 30 days I called for payment and was unable to reach anyone. After a week I called the main number and left a voicemail. Someone with an accent called me back from that number asking if I had $250 in my bank account, that they would wire me my salary but I would have to pay Western Union. This is a total scam, if anyone reads this and is still an employee, I would hold on to the merchandise.
