I sent 2 boxes of books to sellbackyourbooks.com on January 18, 2016. I sent them Fed Ex Ground with their labels provided. I followed up with Fed Ex to see if they were indeed delivered and on January 25, 2016 both boxes were. I have the tracking information every step of the way.

The package carrying one book was acknowledged on the 27th and they said a check would be on it's way in a week forr 26.81. I have not received that check. They never acknowledged the other box containing 3 books. I called them on January 30, 2016 to touch base to see what happened with the other box. They never returned my calls. I left them a total of 3 messages and no follow up call was made.

I feel like this company is a scam, and dishonest. The last time I called them was today February 5, 2016. I would never use them again and I want the money for the 4 books I sent to them. Total for 4 books is 84.00.

Please assist.
